Professional Milestones: A Trang of Growth

The Foundation: Communication & Visual Accessibility (2009 — 2013)

2009 Started with a 3rd place winning for the national wide Writing Contest (HCMC) in district 3 (Xuan Hoa Ward, currently) gifted contest of the junior high school student, laying the groundwork for my storytelling and copywriting skills later on.

2009 – 2012 Designed many high-impact PowerPoint and Word templates for current schools (Le Loi & Marie Curie). This was my first "UX project," focused on creating user-friendly, accessible content for the learner-disability community.

2012 – 2013 Pursued a bachelor degree of the Business Administration at Hoa Sen University & earned the Core Generation Development Cert from Margroup at University of Economics HCMC.

The Global Shift: US Education & Industry Impact (2017 — 2020)

2017 Graduated with Honors—Associate in Applied Science—in Designs, Interactivity, and Media Arts from Metropolitan Community College in Nebraska, USA.

2017 – 2019—Lee Enterprises—Expanded my expertise into Agriculture and News Media, leveraging design skills to create high-converting email marketing campaigns for a major publishing house.

2019—IT Mastery—Achieved the Microsoft Office Specialist: 2016 Master and CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+) certifications.

2019 – 2020—Empowering through Tech—Chicago—Volunteered at the Illinois Department of Employment Security, providing digital literacy training for seniors. Skillset of filling out applications, creating email addresses, and explaining technical term in plain-language.

Houston Served as a key member of a Furniture Production & Marketing team, excelling in product photography, website design (Wix/GoDaddy), in-house studio setting up & B2B/B2C market strategy.
Globally—education and non-profit sector—with Crimson Education and UnitedWay of Midland during the period of 2021 – 2022 for Americorps combined creative marketing (e.g., crafting engaging event materials) with educational outreach (e.g., planning successful student e-commerce events).Successfully merged Creative Marketing with educational outreach, planning high-engagement e-commerce events for students.
2022—UI/UX Specialist—Passionately researched user behavior to transform digital platforms within the Healthcare and FinTech sectors. Translating complex strategies into impactful results. I lead brand evolution through studio building, social media animation, and the integration of AI-driven tools and Adobe Creative Cloud for the Fashion and Education industries.

This time also marked my personal life as I met my wife in Ho Chi Minh City. Some photos from this section are from our romantic escape to coffee-date Dalat, Vietnam.

Present—Brand Manager—Gained 65% increment of profit and other impactful results developing a complex strategies. I lead brand evolution through studio building, social media animation, and the integration of AI-driven tools & Adobe Creative Cloud for the B2B, B2C & D2C.
