As Digital Marketing Manager at Yvette LIBBY N'guyen Paris, Trang spearheaded comprehensive brand development and digital strategy, establishing brand guidelines and SEO optimization for their Shopify website and four distinct collections. Beyond technical SEO implementation, Trang actively contributed to key brand initiatives including launch events, product photography shoots, and recruitment.
Driving enhanced customer engagement, Trang also developed the website's user interface (UI) and implemented effective email marketing automation. Trang's strategic setup of TikTok and META Shops (Instagram and Facebook) resulted in a significant 73% revenue increase compared to the previous quarter.
Leveraging two decades of creative and digital marketing expertise, my projects integrate a robust suite of tools. I command Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for impactful visual, and proficiently use Microsoft PowerPoint for strategic business-partnership-presentations. My UI/UX design is powered by Figma, ensuring seamless digital experiences.
For sales improvement and cost-optimized advertising & PR strategically, I utilize a data-driven approach with Microsoft Excel, MailChimp, and specialize in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) platforms including Shopify, Shoptiques, Wolf & Badger, FashionUnited, Le Flair, Not Just a Label, and Go Sumo. This comprehensive strategy consistently delivers products successfully to the United States market. Expanding to South America, European and Australian markets within 6-months on board.
