What the client needed
Omron Adept Technology required a marketing collateral system that could seamlessly adapt the needs of both Marketing and Sales teams — functioning effectively across offline print materials and digital environments. This project was developed with flexibility and cross-department collaboration at its essential requirement. The design layout and key visual is optimized for high-quality printout while also performing efficiently in Adobe Acrobat, enabling interactive viewing, internal collaboration, and fast distribution without compromising visual integrity. The Adobe Acrobat file contains the ability to do math for sale and inventory.
Every layout, grid, and typographic decision was engineered to support technical clarity, data readability, and brand consistency. From product specification sheets to presentation-ready documents, the collateral maintains a unified visual language that aligns Omron Adept’s logo, brand tone, and technical identity across all touchpoints — print, PDF, and web.


This project was executed using a core set of Adobe Creative Cloud tools — Adobe InDesign as the backbone for layout systems and document architecture, Adobe Illustrator for precise technical diagrams, iconography, and brand assets, and Adobe Photoshop to refine product imagery and visual clarity. A light but strategic use of Adobe Acrobat mathematical code features was applied to ensure smooth digital performance, review workflows, and cross-department collaboration.
I was leveraging Acrobat’s digital capabilities alongside a print-ready foundation, this solution allows teams to work from a single source of truth, reducing friction between departments and accelerating go-to-market efficiency. The final outcome is a scalable, future-proof design system that supports real operational use — not just visual presentation.
